COMPASS ENGINEERING LLC ("Compass Engineering", "we") provides engineering, geology, geodesy and technical consulting, wired telecommunications, IT consulting and infrastructure management, wholesale of office and other equipment, and buys, sells and leases its own real estate. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Clients
Contacts, contracts, site addresses, floor plans and technical documentation.
3. Managed IT and network services
When we manage a client's systems, we process data stored on them as a processor under a written agreement. Administrative access is personal, logged and protected with multi-factor authentication.
4. Telecom subscribers
Where we provide wired telecom services, we process subscriber data and service records as required by electronic communications law.
5. Tenants and buyers
Identity and company data, contracts and payments; building access records.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (telecom, tax, property law), legitimate interests (building security).
7. Recipients
Subcontractors under confidentiality, notaries for property deals, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
